- commercial, retail and industrial leasing including disputes
- non-standard residential property transactions, commercial developments and off-the-plan property transactions
- option agreements, easements, subdivisions
- contractual disputes
- commercially minded structure advice on large scale property developments on behalf of syndicates, partnerships, trusts and joint ventures
- advising on, drafting and negotiating business contracts for supply, licensing, shareholder, partnership, joint venture and other agreements
- advising on, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and contractor agreements
- working collaboratively with accounting firms and brokers to facilitate the sales of assets and shares
