About Gabriella Harb

Gabriella is a tenacious criminal defence lawyer who is passionate about guiding her clients through what is often the most stressful period of their life. Readily available from when a client is arrested through to the resolution of the matter, Gabriella is with you every step of the way.

Gabriella has appeared and instructed in the Local Court, Children’s Court, District Court and Supreme Court with matters ranging from bail applications, detention applications, sentences, hearings and complex trials. She has appeared in countless sentences and hearings, often fiercely negotiating matters with the prosecution and achieving the best outcomes for her clients.

Gabriella also appears and instructs in interstate matters and currently has carriage of a very complex Commonwealth trial involving the largest importation of drugs in Western Australian history.

Gabriella’s compassionate nature, strong attention to detail and analytical nature allows her clients to feel confident that they are in safe hands.

Gabriella has volunteered as a mentor at a girl’s juvenile justice centre. Outside of work, Gabriella spends time with family, including her dog Romeo.
